Under the Royal Initiatives programme, spearheaded by His Majesty King Abdullah II Bin Al Hussein to enhance services across the Kingdom, the Zaha Cultural Center has initiated a comprehensive project in collaboration with various entities. This endeavor, aligning with international engineering standards, encompasses the preparation of studies, designs, and tender documents for a public park in Irbid, located in the north of Jordan.
The project is intricately planned, featuring two distinct areas—a larger section with children's play zones and a smaller portion housing a football field. Emphasizing safety and security, the design incorporates meticulously crafted flooring, including sand and rubber playgrounds, as well as green spaces. Circular shapes and interconnected corridors define the main yard, promoting an organized layout. To ensure a secure environment, brick walls and fences enclose the park, complemented by tall trees that gracefully frame the entrance, contributing to a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality.
