The first phase of this project consists of 14 chalets on a total area of 25000m2 located in Ajloun in the north of Jordan, which is signified with its great nature and moderate weather in summer. the unites come in two types, 100m2 chalets that consist of 2 bedrooms, living space and kitchenette,and a 50m2 chalets that consist of a single bedroom, living space and kitchenette, where the client of each chalet has the choice of the chalet area and the services he wants to have, which varies from outdoor swimming pool, play ground activity platforms, car parking... etc.

The design took into consideration the distinguished natural views, site slope and the local materials; to come up with chalets that not only took the advantage of site potentials, but also went in harmony with the distinguished environment of Ajloun.
