The project is located in a main commercial street in northern Amman. The ground and mezzanine levels were designated to retail stores, and the typical floors were as office spaces due to the street's regulations.

 
A contextual approach was taken in designing this project integrating it with its surrounding in term of materials, proportions and use, all reflected in a contemporary image that makes it stands out within the street.
